What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know on support@voonderkinz.com and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently only sell via Amazon. If you are an Amazon Prime member, you will have access to free shipping as per Amazon's shipping policy. If you are not an Amazon Prime member, you may be charged a delivery fee, based on the delivery location.
When will I get my order?
We currently fulfill orders via Amazon. You will receive an email from Amazon as soon as your order is placed, with details of delivery timelines. If you are an Amazon Prime member, you will be able to avail of Amazon's delivery timelines for Prime subscribers (2 days, anywhere in the United States). If you are not an Amazon Prime subscriber, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
As soon as you place your order with us, you will receive an email from Amazon with tracking details.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. If you are an Amazon Prime member, you may be eligible for free shipping anywhere within the United States.
Are your products safety certified?
We ensure compliance with US CPC regulations and adherence to the latest ASTM standard for all products.
